Effective Fat Loss Workout: Full Body Burn No Equipment
Quick full body workout to help you burn fat
Our goal is to provide you the right guidance in order to achieve your fitness goals, the right way. Since it's summer time, most people would like to get rid of the fat they have been accumulating over the winter. Let's get into it.
This full body no-equipment workout will help you get strong while keeping your heart rate up to help you burn the most calories. Therefore, it will be a quick workout with circuits and short rest time to keep the intensity high.
Let's say you are on vacation and there is no gym around you, or you're at home and your schedule is too tight to go to the gym, work out and head back. An at-home workout can be a great alternative to your usual workouts, since it requires to do movements you don't perform often.

We will keep these workouts short and intense by doing some circuit trainings.
A traditional workout looks like:
- Exercise 1 - Set 1
- Rest
- Exercise 1 - Set 2
- Rest
- Exercise 2 - Set 1
- Rest
- Exercise 2 - Set 2
- Rest
A circuit looks like:
- Exercise 1 - Set 1
- Exercise 2 - Set 1
- Rest
- Exercise 1 - Set 2
- Exercise 2 - Set 2
- Rest
You perform several exercises in a row before taking a break. It helps you target more muscles in a shorter period of time and will keep your heart rate high, which will help you burn more calories than a traditional workout.
This at-home workout will be structured as follow:
- Warmup
- Circuit #1: 3 exercises, 3 rounds, 1 minute of rest between each round
- 2 minutes of rest
- Circuit #2: 3 exercises, 3 rounds, 1 minute of rest between each round
- 2 minutes of rest
- Circuit #3: 3 exercises, 3 rounds, 1 minute of rest between each round
- Cooldown
This workout helps you get a well structured routine, but you can change it if you feel like it.Here are a couple of changes you could make:
- Change exercises.
- Adjust the duration for each exercise.
- You may also increase/decrease the number of rounds per circuits.
