These may be hindering you from making little to no progress 😬
▪️ Rushing your reps - Quality over quantity. When you rush your reps, you tend
to rely more on momentum rather than engaging your target muscles which
decreases muscle activation and can lead to injuries.
▪️ Being distracted by your phone - It’s alright to check your phone once in a
while, but don’t be that person that brags about spending “2 hours in the gym”
but spending 60% of that time mindless scrolling.
▪️ Not following a structured workout plan - Any workout is beneficial, but a
structured plan will help you get closer to your specific fitness goals such as
building muscle, losing fat or correcting muscle imbalances.
