Terms you should be aware of when you're starting working out.
- Superset: two exercises back to back
- S1: 10 x push up + 10 x pull up + rest
- Compound: exercise that targets more than one muscle group
- Squat, deadlift, pull up, overhead press, etc.
- Isolation: exercise that targets one muscle group
- Bicep curl, tricep kickback, calf raise
- AMRAP: “as many reps as possible” for a given exercise
- AMRAP push up + AMRAP pull up
