Today I will show you one my favorite upper body and core workout, no equipment
needed.
It will primarily target your chest, shoulders, back, arms and abs. It’s a
simple, but effective circuit that will help you build strength, balance and
coordination.
In this one we’re doing for 5 exercises, 1 minute per exercise and 30 seconds of
rest between each round. I personally struggled after 2 rounds.
Aim for control and proper muscle activation, not speed.
