Total Leg Workout (No Equipment)

Try this leg workout if you want to build a strong lower body at home. It includes strength and plyometric exercises to help you challenge your muscles in many different ways. This circuit contains 5 lower body exercises. You spend 45 seconds per exercise. Once you finish the 5th exercise, it means you’ve completed 1 round. Aim for 3 to 5 rounds, 45 seconds of rest between each round.
