Adding half reps to your sets, when done right, can help you get more muscle
growth.
They will increase timer under tension on your muscles instead of your joints,
which can beneficial to overcome sticking points.
This doesn’t mean that you have to do partial reps all the time. You should
prioritize full range of motion, but add half reps at the end of a working set,
and see how it goes 💪
