You can’t train separate parts of your chest muscles 📣
When you move your arms you active all your pec fibers. However, certain
exercises can emphasize certain fibers more than others.
If you’re looking to get bigger pecs but want something other than bench press
and flyes (or these two simply aren’t working for you) you can try chest cable
exercises instead.
