When you arch your back, your core is not engaged. Instead, most of the weight
will be shifted to your arms, so your arms will get tired easily.
โ Keep your hips raised a bit while squeezing your glutes and engaging your
core. Maintain a straight back and neutral spine, while looking down on the
floor so your head is aligned with your back and neck.
