We all have a weaker and a stronger side. It’s important to identify them and
training them accordingly. In this workout we will help you fix lower body
imbalances using unilateral strength and isometric exercises.
Start with your weaker side first. For example, my left leg is weaker than the
right one; therefore I’d start with the left leg before moving on to the right
one
