- The last rep should look as good as the first rep
- Stick to the plan. Don’t perform a 1-hour HIIT workout if it’s supposed to be an active recovery
- Vary your training styles, so you can perform in different ways
- Cut off distractions (e.g. your phone) and stay laser focused
