Hi all Gymaholics out there! My name is Jelly and I own a blog and a Instagram with 220k followers where I post pics and tips about my weight loss journey.

I remember it like it was yesterday. I saw myself on some bikini photos that my friend had taken of me when we had a picnic. I couldn't believe how big I had become and how badly I had let myself go. After that moment, I was hooked. I started with Insanity exercising and workout at home and lost about 15 kgs in like 4 months or so. After that, there was no way I would go back to my unhealthy habits again.

Motivation cannot always be on top. It comes and goes. But my motivation is almost always there. Many people didn't like the fact that I did become addicted to fitness. I live in a very small town here in Sweden, and people like to trash talk if someone is having success.
But I keep going and no one will stop me from reaching my goals. Never!

No its crazy! I remember when I was so proud of having 1000 followers, that was a big day for me. Now, it keeps getting bigger and bigger.
I might motivate my followers, but my followers motivates me as well!

I always set new goals to keep me motivated. I love good challenges! And I think, when you have made fitness a habit, it's very hard to break from it. I love the feeling after a good sweat, and if I'm unmotivated, I always drag my butt to the gym anyway!
If my motivation fails me, I think of where I could be in a month if I just keep going! That always helps me, that and some motivation pictures!

I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have my gym. My gym was closed one day and it was my day off, so I changed my hair from brown to platinum blonde in like a few hours. I get confused when I don't have my gym lol! And I love the adrenaline kick it gives me, you can make yourself into what you want to be with some will and determination.
I think it's so amazing what exercising and clean eating does for your body!

At the moment I workout 2 sessions per day, 6 days a week. ALWAYS morning cardio before breakfast, at the moment its 30 min of intervals in a high incline. That will increase as the diet goes on. In the evening, after work its time to lift some weights. It's important to have "play-days" at the gym for me, where I do the things I like to try, like new exercises and so on!

  • Monday: Legs & Butt
  • Tuesday: Tricep & Abs
  • Wednesday: Back & Biceps
  • Thursday: Legs & Butt
  • Friday: What my body can handle lol
  • Saturday: Rest day
  • Sunday: Whatever I feel like
